Royally Hot Mustard-

Proof that English cuisine is anything but bland, Royally Hot English Mustard can be used in traditional British dishes like meat pies or to enhance raw oysters, sashimi, roasts, pates, sausages, charcuterie, rustic terrines, swiss cheeses and gourmet burgers. This mustard has a longer finish than wasabi and makes a brilliant dipping sauce for sushi and sashimi when mixed with low-sodium soya sauce.

Allergy Alert: Manufactured in a facility that processes tree nuts, sesame, soy, dairy, and mustards. Contains Dairy. Made in Canada from domestic and foreign ingredients. 100% Canadian grown and milled, non-GMO mustard seeds. Refrigerate after opening. 200 ml       Hot

Creamy Crunch -

Grainy texture, popping flavour, and visual appeal, Creamy Crunch Mustard is the perfect blend of whole yellow and brown mustard seeds suspended in a luscious base. With robust taste and bursting textures this mustard enhances sauces, marinades and sandwiches. Dinner is a cinch if you rub it directly onto tuna steaks and beef tenderloin.   Hot

Classic Dijon-

If this was the 17th century, Queen Mary would be run out of town for her spin on this classic favourite! Made with the addition of local ver jus (pinot noir grape juice) and a unique spice-blend, its natural warmth delivers incredible depth and finish on the palate. Having plenty of versatility, it can be used to enhance the flavours of succulent meats, vinaigrettes, marinades, and as the classic accompaniment for cheese or pate sandwiches.   Medium

Carmalized Onion-

The aroma of Caramelized Onion Mustard is like sweet caramel spiked with assertive notes of wasabi. The caramelized onions melt in your mouth for the smoothest, creamiest texture enlightenment. Enhances Portobello mushrooms, baked ham, fine cheeses (Comte, Oka, Beaufort, Morbier, Taleggio, etc).  Medium
