How do I contact your Customer Service Department?

How can I buy your products?

You can purchase our products online through our website, via telephone at 226-600-3502, or you can purchase our products in store. 2 Arthur St S in Downtown Elmira (Corner of Church & Arthur St)


Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver for Free in Elmira only

$15.00 to Cambridge, Guelph and KW within a 30km radius

Where do you ship?

We ship across Canada only. We currenly do not offer shipping worldwide.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge a flat rate shipping of $20.00 in Ontario free over $150.00. Rest of Canada 20.00 for each 5kg.

***Due to the nature of our product the bottles and cans must be securtily wrapped to avoid breakage. 

 ( NWT, Yukon, Nunavut - Call for delivery quote)

Do you ship all your products?

Gift Baskets are pick up only. If requested to be shipped the basket will be nicely presented in a mailer box.

**Fresh meats and cheese cannot be shipped during summer months. We ship Canada Post.

 Where do I store my Oils?

Keep the oil in a dark place, away from the stove and other heat producers. You have the option to keep oil in the fridge but remember that refrigerated olive oil will solidify and turn cloudy at cold temperatures. *This does not alter the health benefits or nutritional value.

Where do I store my Balsamic Vinegars?

It's best to store Balsamics in a cool, dark storage space. If you're using balsamic vinegars for salads and like them cool, they can be put in the fridge. If you're using them for sauces or marinades, store them in a cupboard.

Can I return empty bottles from my Oil or Balsamic Vinegars?

Yes, we are now accepting CLEAN and DRY vinegar bottles for $1.00 off your refill. Unfortunately we cannot fill dirty bottles and they will be discarded. A dirty vinegar bottle will not be accepted.

We do not take back empty bottles to be used for other customers.

***Remove the top seal from the neck of the bottle. Wash the bottle with warm soapy water, rinse throughly and turn upside down to dry. 

Please recycle your oil bottles as they cannot be cleaned properly. 

5oz sample bottles can be returned as well. We do not offer a discount on the samplers. 



How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order with a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard) You can pay with O&V gift certificates. Special orders or corporate orders are etransfer or cheque only.

When will I be charged after I place my order?

Once your order is placed we will apply an authorization to charge your card. The funds are captured as soon as the order is placed.

How will the purchase show up on my credit card statement?

Once payment is captured on your credit card, you will see a charge from O&V Tasting Rm. regardless of which products you purchased.



I have 2 coupons. How do I apply both of them to my order?

You can only use 1 coupon per purchase. (Coupons can be used for Instore purchases  only) You cannot combined coupons with any other promos or with the O&V Club Card points.

How do you send gift certificates?

All gift certificates are sent electronically via e-mail.

Where do I enter my gift card?

At checkout, you will see a box that says "Gift Card". Enter the code in the box and click the "Apply" button. Please note, only one gift card code will be accepted per order.



Please inspect your product upon delivery or purchase. Please include a picture of defective product provided by the carrier. They will apply a sticker to damaged product when delivered. All claims will be handled through the carrier and not the responsiblity of O&V Tasting Room.

 We will refund your money or exchange for any defective product once approved by carrier. Returns Shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Product  that cannot be delivered or is out of stock will be refunded.
