How can I contact customer service?
You can reach us by phone at 226-600-3502 (Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM EST) or by email at info@oandvtastingroom.ca.

You can shop online through our website, by phone, or visit us in store at:

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada. At this time, international shipping is not available.

What are your shipping rates?

  • Ontario: Flat rate of $20.00 or free for orders over $150.00

  • Rest of Canada: Flat rate of $24.99

  • NWT, Yukon, Nunavut: Please contact us for a delivery quote
    Note: Once a parcel leaves our store, O&V is not responsible for shipping delays or damages. Claims for lost or damaged items must be made directly to the courier.

Do you ship all products?

  • Gift baskets are available for pickup only, but we can package them for shipping upon request.

  • Fresh meats and cheeses cannot be shipped during summer months.

Oil & Vinegar Care

How should I store olive oil?
Store olive oil in a cool, dark place away from heat and light. It may solidify in the fridge—this is normal and does not affect its quality.

How should I store balsamic vinegar?
Keep balsamic vinegar in a cool, dark space. Refrigeration is optional depending on your preference for chilled or room temperature use.

Can I return empty bottles?
Yes, we accept clean and dry vinegar bottles for a $1.00 discount on refills. Bottles must be thoroughly washed and dried (including removal of the neck seal).

  • We do not accept used oil bottles as they cannot be properly sanitized.

  • Returned bottles are refilled for your use only and not redistributed to other customers.

Payment Information

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and O&V gift certificates.
Corporate or special orders are payable by e-transfer or cheque only.

When is my card charged?
Your card is charged as soon as the order is placed.

How will the transaction appear on my statement?
Charges appear as “O&V Tasting Rm”, regardless of the specific products purchased.

Gift Cards & Coupons

Can I use multiple coupons at once?
Only one coupon can be applied per purchase. Coupons are valid in-store only and cannot be combined with promotions or O&V Club Card points.

How do I receive gift certificates?
All gift certificates are sent by email in digital format.

Where do I use my gift card code?
Enter your gift card code at checkout in the “Gift Card” field and click Apply. Only one gift card can be used per order.

Refund & Return Policy

Please inspect your items upon pickup or delivery. If a product arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly and provide photos of the damaged package with carrier-provided proof.
Once the carrier approves the claim, we will arrange a refund or exchange for defective product. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Products that cannot be delivered or are out of stock will be refunded.
