Shipping Policy for O&V:
1. **Processing Time**: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. **Shipping Methods**: We offer standard, expedited, and overnight shipping options. Shipping times vary based on the method selected at checkout.
3. **Shipping Costs**: Shipping costs are flat rate shipping $20.00 plus hst within Ontario, free over 175.00. All other provinces $24.99 plus hst.
4. **Domestic Shipping**: Delivery within the country typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen.
5. **International Shipping**: At this time we ship Canada only.
6. **Order Tracking**: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
7. **Lost or Damaged Packages**: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance.
8. **Changes to Order**: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the shipping process has begun.
