Return Policy
At O&V Tasting Room, quality and freshness are at the heart of everything we do. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to help.
Due to food safety regulations, opened food products cannot be returned or refunded.
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with prior approval.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and return shipping must be prepaid. We do not accept COD shipments.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
If your package arrives with a courier damage notice, please keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
