Horseradish Garlic Jam -  Our Horseradish condiment is made with local garlic, horseradish and pear juice combine to deliver the ultimate sweet/savoury. This product is a perfect compliment to aged cheese, meat and cooked beets.

Ingredients: sugar, horseradish (white vinegar, salt, artificial oil of mustard, sodium bisulphate), pear nectar (glucose syrup, citric acid, ascorbic acid), garlic, pectin, concentrated lemon juice (sodium bisulphite, lemon oil), citric acid

Cranberry Garlic Rum - Fresh, zesty  Ontario cranberries combined with the earthy goodness of garlic and genuine Captain Morgan rum. Serve as a condiment with pork, poultry and game. Use to enhance dressings, sauces and marinades or dollop on pâté or brie cheese. Excellent tossed into cooked carrots.
