Gunn's Hill - 5 Brothers Smoked

This handcrafted cheese combines qualities from Gouda and Appenzeller, a Swiss variety. After one year of aging, it is smoked with maple and apple wood for a rich, creamy flavor with sweet undertones. All the milk used is sourced from their family dairy farm.

It pairs perfectly with white wine, such as Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as Pilsner beers.

Each piece is around 175g
