Gunn's Hill - Brigid's Brie

This brie, made with cow's milk from our family farm, is a soft, surface-ripened cheese that is free of stabilizers and preservatives. Its 'best between' date ensures optimal enjoyment and each batch is delicately aged for 6 weeks to preserve its creamy center.

Best enjoyed on its own or with a delicious flavoured jelly such as Provisions wine jellies.
