Tasting Notes: Aromas of green fruit, green grass and banana with mild bitterness and moderate peppery finish.
Uses: This olive oil compliments any vinegar for a salad. It works beautifully in cooking roasted vegetables and white meat, fish or poultry. Delicious bread dip alone or paired with our Traditional Dark
