Meyer Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
An extremely versatile and balanced balsamic- both fruity and zesty. Refreshing yet mature and sweet, it is commonly used for cooking white fish or crustaceans, especially in dishes where it is preferred that the meat isn’t discolored. Also used as a dressing on your salads, dips, chicken, spinach, apples, pears and also a little splash in your favorite cocktail.
