  An award-winning robust oil produced from 100% estate owned and hand-harvested Coratina olives.

Tasting Notes: A delicious oil with flavours of bitter herbs and artichoke and a finish of green apple. A light to medium fruitiness with a medium bitter and spicy finish.

Uses:  Simply delicious in bruschetta. Perfect as a finishing oil for salads, vegetable and legume soups, grilled or steamed vegetables, white meat and fish dishes. Good for light sautéing.
