Our Platinum Label Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, Italy is derived from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, cooked down to a thick must. It is then aged in wooden barrels composed of oak, mulberry, chestnut and juniper, imparting it with a distinct flavour and a dense viscosity of 1.34. Aged perfectly, this vinegar has an intense aroma that is complemented by a light acidity of 4.5%, offering a delicate velvet-like texture. This versatile ingredient can be used in a variety of dishes, ranging from fruit salads, meats, cheeses, or even drizzled over ice cream.
