Our  balsamic vinegar is made using traditional barrel-aging methods and is deliciously thick and sweet.  The high concentration of grape must and the barrel aging process result in flavours of pure decadence

Easy Use: Coat your favourite roasting vegetables with this balsamic and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper before roasting in a hot oven for a rich caramelized flavour. Works well with carrots, beets, brussel sprouts, parsnips, and squash. If roasting carrots, try sprinkling cumin over top before cooking.
