Traditional White Balsamic Vinegar
This balsamic vinegar has a light sweet flavour that can be used in many dishes. The soft taste pairs deliciously with white fish and seafood! It is also excellent drizzled over fruit. White balsamic vinegar works great where a lighter color glaze or salad dressing is desired.

Easy Use: Deglaze your pan when cooking chicken, shrimp, and pork to impart a rich sweet and sour flavour to your meat. Finish with flaked salt and cracked pepper. Just before the meat is done cooking simply turn the heat down to low, pour in some of the balsamic into the pan to lift all those delicious sticky bits to form a thick sauce. Let it bubble for a minute then transfer meat onto plate drizzling the deglazing liquid over top.
